\u00ab\u00a0DELI.M.E.A.T.\u00a0\u00bb revient en France, \u00e0 Paris, pour rencontrer les consommateurs et leur faire d\u00e9couvrir l&rsquo;excellence de la charcuterie europ\u00e9enne certifi\u00e9e AOP et IGP. Du 24 janvier \u00e0 la mi-f\u00e9vrier, Mortadella Bologna IGP, Salamini Italiani alla Cacciatora AOP, Zampone et Cotechino Modena IGP seront les protagonistes de 210 journ\u00e9es promotionnelles qui se d\u00e9rouleront dans 10 restaurants de notre capitale.<\/p>\n<p>Cette initiative s&rsquo;inscrit dans le cadre des activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9vues par DELI.M.E.A.T., un projet cofinanc\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne et trois Consortiums pour la protection des Salumi Italiens (Consorzio Zampone e Cotechino Modena IGP, Consorzio italiano tutela Mortadella Bologna, Consorzio Cacciatore Italiano).
